Prior to payment, We will contact You to confirm and agree upon the delivery details, ensuring alignment with your preferences. A delivery fee, agreed upon during this communication, covers the cost of our courier service. Once the payment is processed, We commit to dispatching Your Order within 1-3 business days.

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Damages

Blank Studio is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
